New leases lasting seven years or longer must be registered with the Land Registry and have a lease plan in place that complies with the specific requirements of the Land Registration Act.
We undertake measured surveys, produce Land Registry compliant lease plans and liaise with you or your appointed solicitor to ensure our plans will be accepted by the Land Registry first time.
Depending on the extent of your demise and the definitions in the lease, our plans will show the area that is included within the lease together with any communal areas or rights of way etc. All plans are produced to the Land Registry preferred scale and will include location plans illustrating how the land fits into the surrounding area.
Our services can be tailored to meet your individual requirements. We also prepare Land Registry compliant identification plans to form part of a transfer of land, plans to amend a right of way and plans to accompany a registration of land for the first time.
